WTG providing IT support for TSA

WTG has been selected to provide Information Technology support to the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance. WTG’s services include installation and configuration of new server hardware and software; migration to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003; installation and configuration of the Firewall; desktop maintenance; installation of the new SSL digital certificates for Web based email access; system backup; Virtual Private Network (VPN); reverse DNS – remote POP and SMTP access; and, technical documentation and network notebook preparation. All services will be performed at TSA’s Silver Spring, MD location.
